SendCutSend Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machining Manager to lead CNC operations across shifts on the production floor.

You will guide CNC Production Supervisors, optimize tooling and processes, and balance daily production with long-term growth of our machining capabilities. This hands-on leader will monitor performance metrics, coach teams, and collaborate with Maintenance, Programming, and Quality to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of leadership in CNC machining or manufacturing.
• Experience leading production supervisors or teams.
• Strong understanding of CNC processes, tooling, and quality standards.
• Experience managing production schedules and resources in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Direct CNC machining operations across shifts to meet schedules, safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Provide technical guidance on processes, tooling, setups, and equipment performance.
• Coach and develop CNC Supervisors with clear performance expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align staffing, equipment, and resources with demand and capacity planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve throughput.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Programming, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Support training programs and development of the team.
• Participate in hiring decisions and workforce development.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality procedures, and policies.
