Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring 10 Production Machine Operators eager to learn CNC machining. No CNC experience is required—we're looking for dependable, coachable individuals who want to grow their manufacturing career.

What You'll Do: Learn to operate CNC machines, load/unload parts, inspect finished products with measuring tools, and follow work instructions while maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Training is paid, and pay increases to $20/hour after training and testing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift to 35-40 lbs.

Responsibilities
