Job summary

Princeton Tool Inc. is seeking both entry-level and experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. Successful candidates will be trained to identify and operate CNC machinery, with a starting pay of $18 per hour during training and up to $20 after assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year factory-related experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions.
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Load part(s) to be machined into the fixture.
• Use gage to record dimensional data.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Ability to follow written work instructions

Basic math skills

Use of basic handheld measuring tools

Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

Education

High school diploma or GED
