Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a manufacturing client in Middleburg Heights, OH, to hire a CNC Operator. You will set up and operate CNC machines, load parts, monitor operations, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires 6 months of CNC experience, ability to read technical drawings, and teamwork. Training on first shift is available, with a 2:30pm–11pm schedule. Growth opportunities exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CNC operation experience and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to read work orders and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to work orders and drawings.
• Load parts, cycle machines, and monitor for tool wear or malfunctions.
• Use hand tools to deburr, degate, or polish finished parts.
• Package production per routing steps.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and communicate with the team.
