This position offers starting pay at $18/hour, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
