Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Production Supervisor in the United States to lead a team of hourly workers, drive safety, and ensure on-time delivery through lean practices. You will coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and uphold Emerson’s values of integrity and collaboration.

This role requires an associate degree with manufacturing experience and CNC exposure. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with maintenance and manufacturing teams to improve productivity and safety while supporting

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a CNC machining environment with understanding of CNC operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support direct reports in a fast-paced operations/manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hourly employees.
• Administer policies and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Communicate daily production priorities and performance expectations.
• Coordinate production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Champion a strong safety culture and continuous safety improvements.
• Drive lean initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
