Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
• 8+ years of related experience in manufacturing/ops.
• Strong lean, Six Sigma, and MRP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee design and implementation of new equipment and tools.
• Coordinate and manage engineering projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance).
• Train and mentor engineering staff and provide professional development.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on engineering activities and project status.
