Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and implement processes and tools across North America Rapid Response Centers, including Gonzales, LA, to improve safety, service levels, and efficiency.

You will develop procedures, generate CNC programs, and support CMMS and asset management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing procedures, processes, and standardized work across the network.
• Create CNC programs for machine tools (lathes, milling).
• Prepare controlled documentation for machine setups.
• Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency and safety.
• Support CMMS and asset management initiatives.
