Mach10 Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Process Technician to bridge engineering design and shop-floor execution. You will craft robust CNC programs, optimize setups, and drive consistent, high-quality production across new and existing products.

You will mentor operators, analyze time data, and work with Quality to ensure precise documentation and process improvements. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities to impact throughput and product excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in CNC programming and first-piece inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience using CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing workflows.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements for shop floor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine CNC programs to support new product introductions and design changes.
• Execute machine setups and produce first-piece components to validate tooling, work instructions, and process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining, programming, and tooling challenges to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Mentor production staff on machine operation, setup procedures, and machining best practices to lift team capability.
• Conduct time studies and data analysis to identify opportunities for cycle-time reduction and better machine utilization.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to validate process improvements and maintain accurate technical documentation.
