Job summary

Engineered Medical Systems, LLC seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to develop CNC processes and improve tooling. You will program CNC operations using Mastercam/Part-maker/Esprit and coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to meet schedules and cost targets.

The role emphasizes set-up documentation, process transfer to Operations, and maintaining quality and efficiency in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years of CNC programming experience required.
• Experience using CNC programming software such as Mastercam, Part-maker or Esprit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop CNC processes and tooling.
• Use CAD/CAM software to develop CNC programs for new products and improve processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Operations on process timelines and machine availability.
• Develop set-up processes and documentation for smooth transfer to Operations.
• Ensure process meets quality, time and cost targets before handover.
• Manage DNC files within the Customer DMR with accessibility and security.
