Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze product specifications and performance requirements to determine feasible production methods.
• Create, implement, and troubleshoot CNC programs for new parts using MasterCAM, Part Maker, or alternatives.
• Assess feasibility of new tooling or equipment, considering cost and time constraints.
• Provide technical information on manufacturing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages/limitations.
• Estimate production times, staffing needs, and related costs for management decisions.
