You will install tools, fixtures, load programs, adjust offsets, and verify first-piece quality. The ideal candidate will read engineering drawings, operate safely and efficiently, and support production readiness.

They should also troubleshoot setup issues, work well in a team, and maintain high quality and safety standards while meeting production goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical machining training preferred.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mill machines in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, setup sheets, and instructions.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, offsets, and CNC operation.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and tolerances.
• Attention to detail, troubleshooting, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good organizational and time-management skills; team player.
