Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC press brakes.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Ability to hold close tolerances and verify dimensional accuracy.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Experience making machine adjustments and troubleshooting minor process issues.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
• Manufacturing experience in a high-mix production setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment independently.
• Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Produce components to tight dimensional and angular tolerances.
• Verify product quality using precision measuring tools.
• Make machine adjustments and offset corrections as needed.
• Support additional fabrication operations throughout the shop.
• Assist with assembly and hardware installation processes.
• Operate finishing and deburring equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and customer requirements.
