Job summary

IMS Gear in Gainesville, GA is hiring a CNC Precision Machining Technician to keep production lines moving by loading parts, dialing in basic adjustments, and verifying specs before parts move on. You will operate CNC grinders and related equipment, use gauges, record data, and follow ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.

The role supports a fast-paced manufacturing floor with opportunities for training, advancement, and company-paid benefits. Shifts include second and third with differential pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and use gauges/measurement tools.
• Willingness to learn CNC processes and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload parts and run CNC equipment with routine offsets.
• Inspect parts with measurement tools and verify conformance to print.
• Document output and escalate issues to lead or supervisor.
• Perform basic maintenance and first-level troubleshooting.
