IPM (In-Place Machining Company) in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our second shift. You will set up Haas mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars, program and edit G-code/M-code and Mastercam, and work with a team committed to craftsmanship.

The role requires 2+ years of CNC machining, GD&T, blueprint reading, and a strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds. We offer a 4-day workweek, built-in overtime, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• G-code/M-code and CAM software experience (Mastercam preferred).
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds.
• Precision measurement and inspection skills.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate Haas mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars

Schedule - 2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Journeyman certification or 2-year technical degree preferred
• Strong math skills, including geometry and trigonometry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical shop duties
• Trainee opportunities are available for candidates with foundational machining knowledge who may not yet meet all position requirements. Individuals hired at a trainee pay rate must meet the minimum qualifications of the CNC Machinist position within one year of their hire date.
