The role emphasizes keeping areas clean, following written and verbal instructions, and collaborating with coworkers, customers, and contractors. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing machines and equipment, performing preventive maintenance on pumps and hydraulics, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

Qualifications

• Eight years of general maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry fundamentals.
• At least one year of pneumatic experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; MIG & TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and manuals; troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair machines and equipment in plant and facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, hydraulic systems and related equipment.
• Handle electrical and electronic components, wiring, and control systems as needed.
• Complete work orders and paperwork for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE in all activities.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools.
