Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with specialized skills in CNC machine repair and a strong background in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC equipment, along with other essential plant machinery. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic components, and other plant equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to ensure accurate repair and maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure machines are calibrated and operating within optimal specifications.
- Conduct system inspections, tests, and checks on machinery to identify potential issues and reduce future breakdowns.
- Maintain and repair plant infrastructure, including electrical panels, pumps, conveyors, and support equipment.
- Maintain documentation of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on CNC machine repair.
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
- Experience with PLCs and machine control systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
