Job summary

Aerotek is hiring CNC operators for 1st and 2nd shifts in Racine, Wisconsin. No setup experience is required as training is provided on tool change processes.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, perform tool changes, load/unload materials, and conduct basic quality checks. Qualified candidates have 3+ years of CNC machining and 2+ years with tool changes and offsets, plus a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines - mills and/or lathes.
• Perform tool changes and offsets.
• Load and unload machines with materials.
• Perform quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform adjustments to maintain machine performance.
