QPS Employment Group is seeking a CNC Set Up Operator in Racine, WI. This 1st shift role runs 7:00am–3:30pm with a wage of $30.00–$45.00 per hour. You will set up parts on machines, operate CNC equipment, and handle material loading while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up parts on CNC machines and operate them.
• Understand and apply G-Codes.
• Operate a basket-type 100-ton crane.
• Load and unload parts from semi-trucks with finished and unfinished parts.
• Remove chips and keep the work area clean.
