Job summary

Premier Aluminum is seeking a CNC Operator in Training in Racine, WI. You will operate CNC machines, perform progressive machining operations to close tolerances, and assist with standard set-ups while learning hands-on in a safety‑focused, team environment.

Base pay is $20.00 per hour with multiple shifts, weekly pay, and a monthly bonus up to $250 for safety and attendance. A 90‑day review with potential pay increases, and a competitive benefits package accompany this role as you build skills

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in CNC programming/production courses.
• Machine operation experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read prints and perform measurements.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with enthusiasm and cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and other machines per programs and set-ups.
• Drill, bore, mill, turn and balance parts as required.
• Follow detailed process instructions.
• Use precision measuring tools to check position.
• Inspect own work for quality.
• Meet production rates while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Take responsibility for equipment care and basic maintenance.
• Assist other operators as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
