• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read gauges
• Understand CNC machine offsets
• Understand inspection methods
• Competence in tool changes on CNC machines
• Experience running or setting up CNC machines

• Set up CNC machines for new jobs
• Verify part dimensions using gauges and inspection methods
• Perform tool changes and offsets as required
• Assist in QC and first-article inspections
