Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machines parts following blueprints and specifications.
• Sets up and operates CNC tools with close tolerances.
• Selects and secures fixtures, tools, attachments, and materials.
• Maintains cutting tools and inspects for sharpness.
• Calculates controls for speed, feed, coolant, and depth of cut.
• Monitors production and adjusts as needed for quality.
• Cleans and maintains machine, tooling, and parts.
• Recommends improvements to methods and equipment.
