Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining, machine operation, or CNC programming experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and priorities.
• Generate or modify CNC programs to support scheduled work.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate tooling, materials, fixtures, and setup requirements before production begins.
• Verify machined components conform to engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.
• Communicate project status to leadership and address production concerns.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Support continuous improvement to improve productivity and machine utilization.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional production-related duties as needed.
