Job summary

Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Agency is seeking Machine Operators for a Hinckley, Ohio production shop. The role involves reading blueprints and gauges, performing CNC offsets, and setting up or running CNC machines. Entry-level positions are also available, with temp-to-perm potential.

Shifts include 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The employer offers full-time benefits after permanent hire, including healthcare, vacation, holidays, and

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read gauges
• Understand CNC machine offsets
• Understand inspection methods
• Competence in tool changes on CNC machines
• Experience running or setting up CNC machines

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and monitor during production
• Set up CNC machines for new jobs
• Verify part dimensions using gauges and inspection methods
• Perform tool changes and offsets as required
• Assist in QC and first-article inspections

The do have some entry level Machine operator positions available.

• 2nd shift M-F 3:00p-11:00p
• 3rd shift M-F 11:00P - 7:00am

These are temp to perm positions with a great Company that offers paid Healthcare after permanent hire for individuals and Families. Shop is air conditioned in the Summer and kept comfortable in the Winter.
