Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare spoil boards and manage changes as needed.
• Touch off tools and register programs in CNC control to meet specs.
• Change tools and organize tooling for safety and efficiency.
• Use touch probes and height gauges to set tools and cutting parameters.
• Maintain and organize programming files and related documentation.
• Inspect lumber for compliance with job specifications.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized; ensure equipment is safe to operate.
• Complete pre-shift startup inspections and report issues.
• Maintain production records and participate in safety programs.
