Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 1 year CNC machine tool experience, FANUC preferred.
• Understanding of mathematical functions.
• Knowledge of Cartesian coordinate graphic systems.
• Ability to interpret FANUC machine codes.
• Proficient with standard computer equipment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spoil boards and manage change/maintenance.
• Touch off tools and register in CNC control to machine programs safely.
• Change tools and collect tooling to protect employees/assets.
• Set up tools using touch probes and calibration programs.
• Store programming files and manage data.
• Inspect lumber to ensure specifications are met and document results.
• Maintain materials and supplies per production sheets.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized; ensure equipment safety.
