Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare spoil boards and manage replacement timing.
• Touch off tools and register CNC programs to meet specs.
• Change tools and safeguard tooling to protect assets.
• Use touch probes, calibration programs, and height gauges for setup.
• Manage and store programming files and ensure file integrity.
• Inspect lumber to ensure dimensional accuracy and specs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Complete pre-shift inspection and report issues.
• Maintain production records and follow safety/quality procedures.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
