Staffmark Group is currently hiring a CNC Operator in Hillsboro, OR. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to manufacture high-quality components and support efficient production.

The position offers a swing shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with competitive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CNC experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years CNC cutting, CNC router, or CNC machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools; GD&T knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC cutting and router machines according to project specifications.
• Install tooling, fixtures, blades, and machine components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain precision and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with troubleshooting equipment concerns.
• Complete production, maintenance, material usage, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals.
