Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, a leading dental solutions provider, is seeking a CNC Operator for our manufacturing operations in the U.S. This role focuses on setup, tool changes, and ensuring part quality throughout production runs.

Under minimal supervision, you will transfer programs, load bar stock, maintain tooling, inspect parts, and keep accurate production records while ensuring a safe and organized work cell.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Citizen C16 Swiss Turning Centers (or comparable).
• Experience with minor programming of machinery using M & G machine code.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust tooling to meet part specs.
• Transfer programs between PC and machine.
• Load bar stock and maintain inventory.
• Set up, exchange, adjust and maintain tooling to specs.
• Inspect parts for SOPs, prints and data.
• Maintain clean and safe work cell and PPE.
