Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Mahwah, NJ, is seeking a production operator to manage milling and additive manufacturing of restorative dental products, performing in-process inspection with visual checks, microscopes, and CMMs, and ensuring quality and timely output.

You will follow SOPs and GMP, train across production lines, set up tools, monitor machine settings, and uphold safety standards, 5S, PPE, and TPM tasks, with 1–2 years in high-precision manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• GED, High School diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work assigned shifts based on production and business needs.
• Willingness to work overtime and company-observed holidays, as required to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOP, GMP, and SW to produce restorative dental products.
• Install and adjust milling tools and switch operation to different products.
• Inspect tools for wear and replace or upscale issues as needed.
• Perform in-process QC inspections using hand tools and CMM; report results to senior operators.
• Meet daily production objectives and maintain safety; operate multiple machines; cross-train across lines.
• Attend Daily Management / Safety Committees / Training as required.
