Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Mahwah, NJ, is seeking an experienced production operator for milling and additive manufacturing support. The role covers machine operation, tool setup, in-process inspection, and quality control of restorative dental products.

Responsibilities include following SOPs and GMPs, maintaining equipment, and collaborating across production lines to meet daily objectives while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• GED, High School diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable and punctual; ability to work shifts.
• Willingness to overtime and company holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, GMPs and SW to produce dental products.
• Install and adjust milling tools and switch to different products per SOP.
• Observe machine operation to verify settings and detect malfunctions.
• Inspect tools for wear or damage and replace as needed.
• Perform in-process QC inspections using inspection tools and CMM.
• Carry out TPM tasks daily/weekly/monthly per procedures.
• Operate secondary equipment (microscope, batch ovens, CMM, etc.).
• Meet daily production objectives and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety policies (5S, PPE) and escalate hazards.
• Cross-train across production lines and participate in safety committees.
