Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines and grinders following specs for accurate production.
• Set up, operate, and edit CNC programs; learn G/M codes as part of training.
• Learn OD grinding as a core responsibility early on.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Work independently while collaborating with the production team.
