Hannecard in the United States is seeking a CNC Operator who will operate CNC machines and grinders, with a clear path toward becoming a fully developed machinist.
You will learn G/M codes, set up programs, conduct quality checks, maintain a safe workspace, and collaborate with the production team as you grow into broader machining capabilities.
This entry point values willingness to learn, attention to detail, independence, and steady work ethic, with paid training and internal advancement.
At Hannecard, what we achieve is the sum of countless individual efforts — and we look for people who want to grow with us, not just punch a clock. This CNC Operator role is a genuine entry point into a machining career: hands‑on production work operating CNC equipment and grinding machines, with a clear path toward becoming a fully developed machinist over time.
Our rollers are built to outperform — customers choose Hannecard because our rollers run longer and help them produce better product, and that reputation is earned on the machine. As a CNC Operator, the precision and consistency you bring to every part directly shapes the quality our customers count on. This is also where we build our next generation of machinists — the skills you develop here are the foundation for a longer career with us.
You'll report to a working supervisor who will train you hands‑on, building your skills from CNC operation and grinding toward broader machining capability over time. This role is explicitly a development track — as your precision, independence, and troubleshooting ability grow, so does your scope and your pay. We invest a meaningful portion of our budget every year in developing our people, and we promote from within.
Someone who's mechanically curious, detail‑oriented, and genuinely wants to build a long‑term machining career rather than just fill a seat for now. If you like the idea of starting on CNC and grinding and growing into a fully developed machinist, you'll do well here.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Hannecard does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
