Qualifications

• High School diploma with proven prior experience operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Solid math skills and proficiency with precision measuring tools.

• Able to stand for the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC machines and load components using robot tables, fixtures, or hand-loading techniques.
• Perform quality checks with calipers and gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Adjust machine offsets and diagnose minor issues to maintain accuracy.
• Complete daily maintenance to keep equipment functioning safely.
• Enter production data accurately into the computer system.
