Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent with CNC experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
  • Willingness to learn machine setup and improve.
  • Able to stand for shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Steel-toe shoes are required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate CNC machines using robot tables, fixtures, or hand-loading techniques to manufacture precision metal components.
  • Conduct quality checks using calipers and gauges to ensure tolerances.
  • Adjust machine offsets and diagnose minor issues to keep production on track.
  • Complete daily maintenance to keep equipment running safely.
  • Enter production data accurately into the computer system and adapt to rotating assignments.

Location: 325 Arbor Court, Winchester, VA 22602
Work Hours: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/Hour + 10% Shift Premium for 3rd shift

What You'll Do:
  • Safely operate CNC machines by utilizing robot tables, fixtures, or hand-loading techniques to manufacture precision metal components.
  • Conduct vital quality checks using measuring instruments, including calipers and gauges, to ensure all products meet strict drawing tolerances.
  • Adjust machine offsets to keep products running accurately and diagnose minor machine issues to make the proper adjustments.
  • Complete daily maintenance activities to keep equipment running smoothly and safely.
  • Adapt to rotating assignments as needed and accurately enter production data into the computer system.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) with proven prior experience operating CNC machines.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, solid math skills, and proficiency with precision measuring tools.
  • A functional expert with a willingness to learn machine setup and continuously improve.
  • A loyal, detail-oriented team player who is dedicated to getting the task done well and safely.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Note: Steel-toe shoes are required for this role.
