Job summary

The Dixon Group is seeking a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift in Winchester, Virginia. You will safely operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision metal components, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have prior CNC experience and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong math skills and proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• Willingness to learn machine setup and improve processes.
• Detail-oriented, reliable team player with safety focus.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC machines and load/unload parts.
• Perform quality checks using calipers and gauges to meet tolerances.
• Adjust machine offsets and diagnose minor issues to keep production running.
• Conduct daily maintenance to keep equipment safe and reliable.
• Enter production data and adapt to rotating assignments as needed.
