Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift. You will set up and operate CNC lathe machines performing turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling while reading blueprints and GD&T.

You will optimize setups, document processes, and work with a team to meet production goals. Qualified candidates bring hands-on CNC experience on Okuma, Mazak, or Mori machines, strong math and measurement skills, and a safety-focused mindset for a high-quality, efficient shop

Qualifications

• High mechanical aptitude and numeracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and logs.
• Experience operating CNC lathes and performing quick setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines during full production cycles.
• Optimize setups and maintain offsets to improve productivity.
• Read blueprints and GD&T, troubleshoot programs, and document results.
