Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and route instructions.
• Proficiency with GD&T and measurement tools.
• Strong math and documentation skills.
• Experience with lathe/mill tooling as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling.
• Optimize setup times, improve productivity, maintain offsets, and maximize machine utilization.
• Read blueprints and route instructions; apply GD&T.
• Troubleshoot programs and adjust accordingly.
• Record and report quality issues and document shift activities.
