Position Overview

Now Hiring: CNC Operator – 2nd Shift Location: Bloomingdale, IL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 AM (Weekends/Overtime as needed) Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour

Your Role as a CNC Operator:

Set up and operate preprogrammed CNC machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and ensure high-quality output Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure accuracy Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Prior experience in the fastener industry is a plus but not required—training provided! Skills: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong math/measurement abilities Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Work Schedule & Availability:

8-hour shift – Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 AM Potential Overtime & Weekend Availability
