CNC Machine Operator - Set up

Racine / Kenosha area employers seeking skilled CNC Machine Set Up Operators for 1st and 2nd shift hours

Wages are offered based on experience and skill set

$20-28+/hr or higher - based on Set Up/Operator and into Programming

- Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications

- Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, loading materials, and inputting program codes

- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition

- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers and various other gages

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines as they arise

- Good Shop Math Experience

- Blueprint Reading Skills

- Able to keep tight tolerances
