Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will produce components for first articles or production runs. You will monitor quality, take measurements, detect malfunctions, troubleshoot, and reprogram controls while adhering to quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, and adjusting/reprogramming controls
• Follow quality assurance procedures
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, local laws, and safety policies

Physical Requirements

• Lift light to medium weights up to 50-75 lbs
• Stand for prolonged periods
• Read blueprints with adequate sight

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of G & M codes
• At least 6 months of machining experience in manufacturing
• Experience with HAAS CNC mills and HASS CNC lathes preferred
• 2-year degree in machining preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools and materials
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to work overtime as needed
