Primary Duties

• Execute CNC machine tasks to manufacture components that meet exact design requirements
• Manage the loading of raw materials and the removal of completed parts
• Prepare and fasten workpieces by utilizing the correct tooling and fixtures
• Adhere to production orders, CNC programming, and technical blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Oversee the ongoing operation of machinery and production workflows
• Conduct thorough inspections of parts during and after the manufacturing process
• Utilize precision tools like micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measures to verify dimensions
• Perform routine adjustments to machine settings and offsets to maintain output quality
• Detect and resolve dimensional or quality discrepancies to ensure consistent production
• Track the condition of tooling to prevent damage or excessive wear
• Document production data and quality metrics with high accuracy
• Help maintain a clean and orderly workspace to improve overall shop efficiency
• Contribute to a secure working environment by strictly following all safety protocols and PPE guidelines
• Help the team achieve consistent production output and quality goals

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC machinery is highly desirable
• Background working within a machining or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to interpret and apply work instructions and technical blueprints
• Working knowledge of CNC controls and general machine functionality
• Practical experience with precision measurement instrumentation
• Strong focus on maintaining high quality and attention to detail
• Foundational mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to function effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member
• Consistent attendance record and a dedicated professional approach
• Physical ability to remain standing for long shifts and handle materials as needed
