Mega Force Staffing Group in Aberdeen, NC is seeking a reliable CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills and lathes, read complex blueprints, and ensure precision parts meet strict quality standards.

You will set up machines, run programs, perform tool offsets, and inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, maintaining safety and production schedules. Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime Fridays as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and specifications.
• Strong math skills and understanding of machining tolerances.
• Solid work history demonstrating reliability.

Mansioni

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Set up CNC milling and turning machines.
• Load tools, fixtures, and materials per job requirements.
• Run and adjust CNC programs to maintain quality.
• Perform tool offsets, wear adjustments, and basic edits to programs.

CNC Machinist Opportunity in Aberdeen, NC

Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working and reliable CNC Machinist to join our growing operation. In this role, you will operate CNC, manual mills, or lathes. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is filled accurately. Candidates must have CNC Machinist experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
• Set-up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Load tools, fixtures, and materials according to job requirements
• Run and adjust CNC programs as needed to maintain quality
• Perform tool offsets, wear adjustments, and basic program edits
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrections
• Maintain production schedules and meet quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Schedule

Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, OT Fridays as required

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read complex blueprints and specifications
• Strong math skills and understanding of machining tolerances
• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for extended periods
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
