Job summary

Laboratory Testing Inc. is seeking a full-time Milling Operator in Hatfield, PA, to join our machine shop. You will set up and operate CNC milling equipment for long and short runs, ensuring accuracy and traceability in accordance with LTI procedures.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of CNC milling experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and basic programming knowledge. US work eligibility is required under ITAR; a comprehensive benefits package is offered including health and 401k with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years' experience with CNC milling preferred.
• Candidate should have good mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of programming.
• Must meet citizenship eligibility required by accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities

• Performs milling operations as assigned by the Machine Shop Supervisor.
• Squares up and machines specimens per LTI procedures.
• Operates multiple machines during a normal workday.
• Follows specifications and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains traceability of materials and parts during operations.
• Ensures shop equipment and instruments are calibrated before use and reports issues.
