Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace seeks a skilled Machinist II - CNC Mill for on-site duties in Manchester, CT. You will set up and operate CNC milling equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications from developed programs. This role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Required are 3–5 years of machinist experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis, with ITAR/EAR compliance.

• 3–5 years machinist experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• set-ups and operates CNC mill machines from developed programs and fixtures.
• edits and adjusts programs to meet blueprint specifications.
• operate more than one machine in a cellular environment.
• apply feeds/speeds and utilize cutting tools appropriately.
• inspect dimensional features and ensure quality per requirements.
• complete paperwork for counts, scrap, and time per policy.
• maintain area, equipment, and tooling in good condition; assist others.
• observe safety, housekeeping and security policies.
