Job summary

Blusadefense Mount Laurel is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and run CNC milling centers. You will inspect parts to ensure tolerance, deburr finished pieces, and maintain equipment and a clean, safe shop.

The role requires 3–5+ years of CNC milling experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and familiarity with inspection instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gages, and CMMs. Significant physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years CNC milling experience.
• Proficient with inspection tools and methods.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and metal cutting principles.
• Familiar with AS9100 related quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills with minimal supervision.
• Perform part inspections to ensure blueprint tolerance conformance.
• Deburr parts after machining to meet specs.
• Maintain equipment and clean, safe workspace; log labor time.
• Support AS9100 quality documentation and cross‑department needs.
