Overview

Operate, set up, and program CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. Work with tight tolerances and ensure quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak 5-axis)
• Program machines using Mazatrol and G-Code based on prints and instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• Machine parts to tight tolerances
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers
• Work with various materials to produce finished components
• Complete documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Support team environment and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5ul years of experience with Mazak CNC 5-axis mills
• Experience with CNC programming and machine setup
• Knowledge of Mazatrol and G-Code (Mastercam is a plus)
• Ability to hold tight tolerances
• Experience using precision measuring tools
