You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure manufacturability, maintain program databases, and drive continuous improvement while meeting safety and ISO/AS9100 standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience for mills and lathes.
• Proficient in Mastercam and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models.

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes.
• Interpret drawings and 3D models to generate tool paths and setup instructions.
• Select cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and workholding.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control.
• Perform test runs and troubleshoot to ensure zero-defect output.
• Maintain program database and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and improve tool life.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO/AS9100 requirements.
