Armstrong World Industries is seeking a Machine Operator I for CNC Mills on the 2nd shift in Carson, CA. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and offers on-the-job training for setup, calibration, and operation of CNC equipment.

Responsibilities include material handling, machine setup, monitoring tool paths, recording logs, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace while complying with PPE and safety procedures.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year machine operating experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC mills and laser systems per procedures.
• Load, unload, and store raw materials and supplies.
• Set up machines and calibrate for production cycles.
• Monitor machine settings and document operator logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear PPE as required.
