Candidates read blueprints, adjust tool offsets, run minor programs, perform quality checks, and help with preventive maintenance while adhering to safety rules. 1–2 years' experience required; able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of CNC/operator experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Able to lift and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Perform tool offsets and minor program changes.
• Take quality measurements and perform checks.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on machines.
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Stand, walk, lift, and move heavy loads as required.
• Collaborate as part of a team.
